I got the labs which I will add to Indi’s sheet when I get to work but I also got his notes from our phone conversation. He stated “Several points of glucose going below 4.4 mmol/L. Concern for hypoglycemia.” So I guess that’s his cut off :banghead:

Hi Carole, good to hear from you! :-)

What is the vet looking for on the BG front to be able to schedule a dental?

Wrt dosing, is there a reason you didn't reduce when he dropped to the 30s on May 9th and 10th? Given the many times he has dropped to limes late in the cycle, I wonder if you are missing some in the PM cycle and he is bouncing from there? You could try 1.25U and see how he does on it? His numbers do look better in the last week!

I looked at the labs and you want to check with your vet about:
(a) The high specfPL - I'll tag @tiffmaxee who has experience with pancreatitis
(b) The high UPC (Urine Protein Creatinine) Ratio
(c) The high protein and blood in the urine

His kidney values are good, so I'm wondering why the proteinuria. One reason is hypertension. But Tanya's website also says that "Blood in the urine, infection or inflammation may give a false positive result, causing post-renal proteinuria." Is Indi showing any signs of a UTI?

Is Indigo showing any symptoms of pancreatitis such as inappetence, hiding, meatloafing, just not acting right? The SpecfPL us positive for it. If there are not any symptoms I personally dint think the test is always accurate. If symptomatic treat the symptoms.

I would try a reduction. Don’t forget under 40 means a reduction is earned as Bhooma pointed out.
