Happy Fursday!!!!
I saw Libby's post on the insulin depot this morning and I think Gracie's SS (since I put her on this dose) is a good example of the cumulative nature of the insulin. It is apparent how one dose has built upon the next and her numbers have progressively gotten better. You can see how the waves of blue are slowly moving to waves of green and she is flattening out.
We would have loved to not test her hourly from +10 of the a.m. cycle to +4 of the p.m. but she nadirs late and we are really concentrating on keeping her above 50. She's doing great today......she is a happy girl closely watching all of her birdies and lizards. I have to laugh at how smart the hummingbirds are because they come right up to her on the other side of the screen and chirp away....knowing she cannot get to them. Poor baby girl!
Tobey's eye is looking good today. Gus had a vetty appt for more laser and he's doing well. Mike and I have some things to do but hope to get some together chillin' time by the pool today. Have a wonderful one.
