Checks is doing quite well on no insulin today. I will get some in him tonight. I suppose he's running on his shed?

Just got home. All went well, I think. Won't see out of the eye until tomorrow. It's bandaged.

Off to take a nap.

Hi guys .. glad to hear that the eye surgery went well .. and these numbers look wonderful without insulin this morning! And yes, probably running on his shed .. take it easy today .. tomorrow you'll feel like a new woman :lol:

Good news on all counts!! He could be running on his shed. Still good numbers for today. Rest well, I am glad to read that it went well. :-D

No insulin today.
ambg 160.....that's +12, right?
142 +16.5
163 + 22.....last meal before shot in 2 hours

I'm glad the surgery went well, Barb! :-D It looks like Checkers was a good boy for you today, nice blues! You posted the numbers correctly. :smile:

pmps 158,,,,,0.5 u, minus one drop, so he got 2 drops

I'm pleased with his numbers today. Heck, he's gotten worse, even on insulin.
Tomorrow will be tricky. I have to leave for follow-up eye appt, at his +2.5.
I will give only one drop in the morning, to be safe, and give carbs accordingly.

I'm off to see how many condo I can visit, with one eye, and no glasses :lol:

NICE! and on no juice this morning. He never eases to amaze me. I think it is a good decision on tomorrows shot in the morning.He does seem to like those lower numbers early on, so at least this way you know all with be OK.

And how did you fare on condo reading with one eye and no glasses. :lol: You have such a great sense of humor, positive humor. :-D

and yes on how you listed the numbers. the +12, +22 etc.

I'm so glad that your surgery went well. Get a good night's sleep. Checkers looks great and I'm sure he'll do well tomorrow when you go for your follow-up.

Mama bean can't stay up to see where Checks would go. I gave a teas gravy/food, at 109, and drop Karo @70
Normally his nadir would be +3, and I could let him go back up, by himself, but I need to go to sleep.
Very good day for my boy.
