Leo just threw up all of his breakfast. So unlike him, he never pukes. Then he was trying to have a poo on the carpet at the front door but didn't.
He's alert but obviously not feeling well. When i sat down beside him he meowed a bunch of times and then a long low growl.
I have his crate ready to go JIC. Will be testing soon.
 
Are you giving him something for the constipation? My 3 cats get Slippery elm at least every other day. It definitely helps them not get constipated.

Leo seems to be feeling ok now. After the huge poo and three pukes he went to lie down on the guest bed. He was purring and alert so I let him sleep for a couple of hours. Actually I joined him and we had a 2.5 hour nap!

After that, I gave him some pumpkin which he ate a bit of and I made some Slipery Elm Bark syrop and put it on top of his food but he wouldn't eat it. I ended up trying 5 different flavors of food and he wasn't interested in any of them. I finally gave him some MC food (13% carbs) and he ate about a third of a 3% can.

When my DH gets home, I'm going to get him to help me syringe some SEB into him.

I bought some after you told me about it a while back, and I'm going to give him some later. Except for pudding poo for a couple of months when he was first DX'd, he's never had tummy issues. Thank you!
 
I kept thinking he might dive today because of hardly any food but he did the apposite. :rolleyes: And since this afternoon, I've been feeding him 13% carbs mixed with his LC chicken and it doesn't seem to make a difference in his numbers, he still had a lowish PM and +2.

At least I know I can't count on 13% carbs to bring him up.
