After several days on an OTJ trial, we've returned to insulin. I gave her literally nothing this morning - the plunger sat right even with the zero line -- and we're back in the blue at +6. She's a puzzler.

I don't post here daily, so there's no thread from yesterday to refer to.

Numbers are blue, and so are we.

Hi Kris,
I don't post every single day either, but what I do is save the link on my post, then when i post again I have the link to use.
I keep a Word doc with a bunch of links I need often so I stick it in there.

unbelievable. talk about a microdose cat!!!!!. she has wheezer beat, stick with this dose. blue is good. we do not want her to bounce and she got there ok.

I looked at your ss. Then I looked at Sammy's book from when he went OTJ for a year back in 2006-07 before we had ss on the site. He was on PZI Vet so he never went into the black but he did pretty much what Janie has been doing then was on micro-doses for a while, got some kind of infection, spiked into high 200s and then OTJ'd just around this time of year. Maybe it's a lucky time.

I'm glad you restarted, it looks like she needs the insulin. She's not the first one who has needed that teeny tiny dose, the trick will probably be to determine at what numbers you can dose and when you can't.
