My husband just got home to test and feed and shoot Robbie and called to tell me he's 405 (yikes) and also that he hasn't touched the food that was left for him at noon. This is VERY disturbing to me. He pooped this morning so I know he's not constipated and he wolfed down his 5:30am breakfast. He's sleeping peacefully and I'm hoping to hear soon that he's eating dinner - perhaps the food (it did sit out most of the night in the can) was off to him? This can NEVER turns down food unless he's constipated and even than I've seen him eat and throw up 5 seconds later.

Tell him to feed first and hold the shot until he sees Robbie eat well.
If he won't eat, you don't want to shoot a full dose.

thought that after I started writing this post and called but I was too late he'd fed and shot already - but thankfully Robbie ate most of his dinner - the fact that he didn't eat all of it has me concerned but than David threw out what was on the plate (which included some of the left over older food) put some new food with water in it down (about 1/4 can) and he lapped it up pretty well. When I got home at 6:45 there was a spoonful or so left and he went over and ate it after saying hello to me. He's just not himself - but he's OK - His asthma is pretty bothersome right now so that could be part of the issue too - lots of wheezing here and there so I'm sure that's no fun either.
