Well I’m doing everything the same so don’t get it. Oh! Because I stay at other peoples house pet sitting I am not around in the very early morning to pull food. Could that have anything to do with the high amps numbers?

That’s possible. A working pancreas brings down the bg 3-4 hirs after eating. So if he is not eating at +8-9 that could do it as well. His is working to some extent but might not without any insulin support.

The +8-9 should be lc. The reason I suggested slightly higher carbs early in tge cycje is to prevent him going too low until the amps and pmps are all green. Make sense?
