Neko was giving her "I'm green, where's breakfast" whine just before the alarm. Then when I picked her up for the test I noticed her soft fur - another indicator, so no surprise on the AMPS today. Good thing I don't have too much planned today other than possible yard work.

It's a glorious sunny spring day here - Neko is already out in the solarium even though the sun hasn't made it over to that direction yet. Hummingbird feeder TV has a lot of action today - and Neko is a big fan. Back before FD and her arthritis, she'd been known to catch a hummingbird or two, although they were able to fly away after she let them go.

Birding is pretty much a spectator sport at my house, too. Age? Laziness? Probably a little of both.

@ Marilyn, Laura, Carla, Linda, Mariko, Peg, Suki, Patricia, Michelle, Ella - Looks like she's hopped back onto the blues cruise for the night. She had a great day suntanning and getting toasty warm. And it was quiet - no construction until tomorrow. @mariko - sorry to hear you've got those bees back again. I hope Cashmere doesn't go after them. @Michelle - This weather is why we live here.
