What a night we had last night!
Ok, this morning I got up a bit earlier to see if there was any vomit...none. Plates I had left out overnight were empty so I'm pretty sure she ate some.
She meowed at me for food and stepped on my toes with her little sharp back claws...this is a normal occurrence so that's good.
Gave her a 1/2 can of FF Beef and Chicken and she ate all of it...went over to the rebel Skittles who did not want to eat with the boys in the other room and started eating off his plate. Gave her another 1/4 can of FF Beef and Chicken (3/4 can is her normal meal amount) mixed with a little bit of the leftover FF Classic Chicken Skittles didn't eat.
Gave her a 1/4 tablet of Pepcid in a piece of deli meat, she almost bit my hand off to get at it haha.
Ok, now that she seems to be doing fine (I've got another hour or so to watch her and see if she vomits)...what do we think about the dental? If she eats her snack when I get home and her meal tonight I'm inclined to say go ahead with it and I think the vet will agree, she said as long as she doesn't vomit within the 24 hours before the dental we'll be ok (we're now in the 24 hours before).
This is how it was the last time, lasted about 2 1/2 days and she was totally fine afterwards. No matter what we'll be getting the bloodwork done for the spec fPL tomorrow.
