Good Morning everyone! Once again Luci stacks another lemon into her bookends and had a nice session in the lagoon yesterday. DH and I were able to get in a nice 15 mile bike ride. It was so great to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather and look at all the beautiful flowers and birds. Feel the breeze and just get moving!

I only had to work for a little while and now I'm getting ready to head out to the beach for 'church of the beach' as I like to call it. It's a peaceful quiet morning and I like to go early for a quiet walk and of course get back in time for Luci's 3+ and hopefully enjoy a relaxing day.

The RE market is quiet yet I have been listing homes. Mainly the listings are from investors or sellers who have moved out of their homes and they are now vacant. There are new virtual tours that realtors are listing under "Open Houses". Honestly, I am not too familiar with these new tours so I don't know how they are different than the tours that have always been listed on the MLS.

In Palm Beach County I am seeing houses go under contract; some that are owner occupied and some that are vacant.
I guess people have to sell and buy no matter what is going on in the world.
