Morning, all.

Esse was blue as of +9.5. I will be shooting and feeding a tad later than usual, but still much earlier than the 12 hour space (by 45 minutes).

This is going to be a stressful day for me, so...I don't know when I'll be back on (today). We'll see how things progress...

It won't. Today is the day I decide to fight the exam or not, and just repeat next semester. Some classmates who failed as well and I will be having a meeting, to discuss options, and to see if there is room to fight (reasonably). And there is an ASB session as well (always fractious...), and I plan on resigning from my position on the ASB (due to grades, and time). And I start the morning with a final in Professional Role (play nice, share your crayons, don't lick sharp objects, don't blame others for your mistakes...et cetera. I have a problem relearning everything from kindergarten, but it's what the BRN requires, so....). And it's my 45th birthday.

So no, it won't be less stressful than I anticipate....I suspect I will come home and crawl into bed and cry for a while. But at least I rode Tango for a long while yesterday, so I feel better about that. And if I do come home and cry, Eeyore and Esse will come snuggle me, along with most of the rest of the herd. So I will have my comfort, too.

It's all good, Sienne. Just a day I have to get through is all.

Hi Michele, I hope everything will work out for you. Having spent the last 50+ years in and around academia, I have an inkling of what is happening. Just hang in there and the right decisions will present themselves. Oh, and Happy Birthday!!! (It's my DH's birthday, too: he's a little bit older than you!!!)

Ella, it was very interesting today. When I can be unemotional about things, it's a fascinating process. When I realize this could delay my education by nearly a year - and I'm 45 - then I find it atrocious and an utter abuse of power. I helped 8 people file greivances today, and will file three of my own on Thursday. Since I have no chance of reinstating myself in this semester, I don't feel the urge to file right now (to preserve my clinical rights), but those 8 needed it. So we did it. We'll see what happens (I don't hold out a lot of hope for change, though...at least not yet).

But Esse is doing well. She was pink at +7, and now is just at 300. I could've retested and gotten yellow, but this is all right with me for now. I'm doing some new food strategy stuff, so...maybe this will help both Eeyore and Esse. It will take time, but at this point, I've got the summer off starting today, so...I can tweak and play and get all this stuff figured out.

Ann, that was an adorable icon...thanks for that! Made me smile!
