5/3 Day 5 on Lev Simba pmps HI skinny 2U

A.M. dose heavy 1.5. Did a little better today, rested well, food = 3 3.5 oz servings so far. Did not eat full serving at lunch but had the rest midday. Water normal. Was pretty calm until around +8 +9, then begging for food & attn.. he does that as his numbers rise. Ate most of his dinner as usual, he always leaves a little for his canine buddy Molly. A little stress at pmps test but, not too bad. Did have to poke twice. Feel it is safe to try skinny 2U, I will be here to watch him. Will update on how he is doing later.

Hi Theresa - thanks for the update! Sounds like you're doing pretty well with the testing - proud of you!

Try to get some spot checks if possible on the 2u. I know it's a lot but i have found that i get the most info. from the +3, +6, and +9.

Keep up the great work, Simba's lucky to have you!

p.s. i always want food and attention at +8 and +9 as well. Oh who are we kidding? I always want food and attention! :smile:

Lol Michelle! I was thinking today that I should try to check earlier in the cycle, we'll see what we can get away with. I see by Molly's SS that she has been keeping you on your toes this week too! Thanks for checking on us.

Glad you raised the dose today. Don't be surprised if you don't get a response tomorrow AM, in fact, we can see sometimes a reverse response to dose increases, which means a slight increase in BG happens for whatever reason.

I think you're doing a great job with a challenging kitty!
