Good morning LL! I have been MIA for the last couple of days while we spent family time.

Tarragon is doing well. He has decided blue preshots are pretty cool for AMPS. He has been hanging out in the yellow, blue and a little green. Nothing too low, but enough to keep me from increasing especially since I am back at tbp. His BG did jump up to pink yesterday when Mason left, but then it settled back down. Any little change has such an effect on the little guy. He had a great weekend spending time with Mason but it's back to normal today. at least for a few days.

Brian and Mason head to Houston on Friday for a weekend of baseball and fun so it is the kids and I again this weekend. I am looking forward to it and glad the guys take time to get away like that. Mason and I are going to Las Vegas for a couple of days at the end of June for our "mom & son" trip. DH and I go to Denver/Wyoming at the end of July for our getaway and Mason is staying home. We have to take our vacations in twos now since we are running a pet nursing home. :lol: :lol: :lol: Totally worth it.

Those blue PSs look great on T! Poor little guy, hopping up to the pink when his favorite BrotherBean left...it must bum him out to see Mason go.

Morning Melissa, nice blue on Tarragon. :-D That sounds like some nice family fun time with Mason home. I know Tarragon misses him when he has to return to school. Neat vacations plans and funny on the "Pet nursing home." The last time I went away, I left a ton of notes for Maggie's ps. It is a lot of planning to take a vacation, but they're so worth it. Have a nice day. Is it tbp today?
 
Pet nursing home? You have to tell me how to run that! :lol: My hands are full with 21 aging naughty "kitties"!

Morning. How cool that Tarragon has elected those blue PS numbers. Well done Mr T! I hear you on the numbers, and not enough to warrant an increase when one is so busy. Seems to be the same here.

this too is the same here - and yes, so worth it! How nice for the boys and their baseball trip - fun stuff!

Hi guys .. love hearing that tarragon is thinking these blue starts are pretty cool .. which they totally are! How funny that we all start taking our vacations differently after FD then before .. but like you said, so totally worth it! Have a great day!
 
Melissa, glad you got to spend some time with Mason and I know Mr. Tarragon loved the visit. Mr. T is alot like Simon. Any little tiny thing can cause Simon's bg to go up and down.

I understand about the pet nursing home. DH and I are supposed to go on a week vacation with my side of the family in June, but DH may not be able to go unless I can find some reliable people to stay with Simon and Cleo. Pet nursing homes are definitely 24 hours a day!

That's great to see those blue AMPS. Aren't those the last to come down? We don't travel together any more either. :lol:

Sounds like you and DH have a great relationship with Mason. I hope to have that when my kiddos are his age! Love that everyone pitches in on nursing duty :razz:
 
Lookin' good here today, Mr. T! Hi Melissa, It's great that you can split the duties in the nursing home. We can't do that because Edward can't see well enough to give shots and tests. So we just take the cat with us! :lol:

Glad you can take a trip, we havent in about 2 yrs, & Dh & i havent been away together in like 3 1/2yrs!
Happy Mason was home & that you will have your Mom -son trip! You are Lucky!!
Pet Nursing Home you say?? I just asked my neighbor if she would look in on Moonie this weekend when we have a long show Sunday, in turn for me taking her to BJ's...I am glad she can look in on her, wish she could do more, but she aint young either!!
