Yesterday saw too much day time pink, so I added a drop back on the evening.

I got up at +9 this morning to row, and Miss Neko immediately headed to the testing spot. Of course I wonder how much lower she got overnight but I think they are also getting into the habit of getting +9 snacks when we get up early to row. We had a good T/F/S when I got back, and shot was only 5 minutes late. We had a good cuddle after the shot. I do the shot with Neko on my lap and sometimes she takes the opportunity to do a little quality lap time. I love it when that happens. Most often she is raring to head out onto the deck and start sniffing the world right after breffs.

The rain just started up again and both cats are fleecebound in their beds in the solarium. So considerate of the rain to hold off until after we got home from rowing. :smile:

If Neko lets me :roll: I'm going to try to get a slow leak fixed in one of the car tires. It's almost time for a road trip to Bellingham to pick up strips, with maybe a side tour to Trader Joe's. Just learned there is a TJ's there - gotta find out what the fuss is about. Any recommendations there?

Hi! Wow, you row? I'm impressed; I'm sure it is a great workout!!! The post-shot cuddling is so sweet; such a loving little gal. Does she know that you can't go get her strips if that tire isn't fixed? I bet there was something yummy for her from your trip to Bellingham. I also heard of TJ's and would love to go there, however, there aren't any remotely close to me--hope you had a good shopping experience! (BTW, any color dress will do--he also likes purple because it is one of the few can colors that he can pronounce correctly...) Hope to see Neko tomorrow!

That's sweet on the cuddles after Neko's shot this morning. I hope she heads back down soon.

And slowly she heads down again. Got the tire fixed, they found a nail. :shock: But also said the 2 front tires need replacing. :YMSIGH:

@Kat - Rowing is a fantastic workout, gets so many muscle groups and great cardio. Doesn't hurt that we row on a very scenic part of the ocean with all sorts of wildlife (not including the annoying water skier at 5:30 this morning :lol: ). Bellingham is a cross border trip. i can get strips for my backup meter here at 3 times the price - it makes the 45 mile trip worth while. I'm still trying to convince Neko that pink is not the only colour dress she can wear during the day. :lol:

@Carla - A small turnaround so far, to be determined if she keeps on going down.
