Crystal started high this morning, fairly predictably after losing her momentum yesterday.

She seems in good spirirts, very chatty and helping me in the garden. Enjoyed watching the dog get a hose down from a save distance. She's unhappy that we've taken away her main sunbathing lounger, i.e. the pool cover, as we've finally got a run of good weather coming up. A days work for DH cleaning and chemicalising and it looks very inviting today, but nowhere near warm enough yet for a dip.

Sometimes the R action in Crystal shows up at the end of a cycle and into the next cycle. Good job trying the 4.0uR.

We have a hot tub that's supposedly empty. Haven't used it since the last of the kids left home a few years ago. I"m thinking it's going to take some major cleaning & chemicals to get it working again, but since I don't like using it, it just sits there. Probably has frogs in it!

I think it was @Marje and Gracie using goat's milk for her civie. Here is her post on it. I've seen goat's milk kefir for sale in pet stores. Mariko tried it as a natural form of probiotic for her Lucy (who didn't like it).

Hi Suki

I use Primal Goats Milk. Tobey loves it and it is supposed to be great for their digestive systems. I put it on his freeze dried Primal raw turkey to rehydrate it and he absolutely wolfs it down.

I haven't given any to Gracie because this brand has inulin which "can" raise BGs. Maybe it will, maybe it won't but I haven't tried it.

316 at AMPS, really don't like seeing all these pink numbers lately. Will try the 4uR again for this cycle.

Julie, Bron, and Peg thanks for dropping in and your thoughts. Wendy and Marje, thanks for the info on the goats milk, I think I need to research what I purchased a bit more before Crystal has any more. Also check out the pet store, but don't have high hopes there, it's very basic and full of dry foods.
