Well, yesterday was not a good day food wise. Hope today goes better.

It is day 2 of getting his methyl B12 and he will get some B complex tonight with his usual pill capsule.

He did not get his SEB last night as he disappeared with DS to go to bed and didn't come back up before I went to bed. So maybe that is why the lack of appy last night.
