All good here this morning. We are quite happy with this trip to Sweden (yellow and blue) after those stinky pinkys and worse. Zener has done yard patrol and had several picnics but the smoke has returned so we are all inside. I am incapussitated with a black kitty, watching softball. I went for a run, ate some watermelon (I'm sure it's medicinal), and will probably be napping soon.

OT: The firefighting is going well, 35% contained, 20,000+ acres. We had a clear day yesterday but today is smokey again. :-x Sedona's air is much worse, so I shouldn't complain. Anne had a call with her colleagues in Germany early this morning but they forgot to let her know. :lol: :lol: Ah, well, she was a good sport about it and just needed to get a cup of tea first. :lol:

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Happy Tuesday, LL!

yellow and blue sound good! Glad Zener got a chance to walk around the yard for a bit. I hope that the fires get under control. It is sad to see this happening.

Hope Zener turns around now and heads back down to the blues!

We've been watching the fire reports. Nice to see the improvement in the containment. I hope you can start breathing easier soon.

I'm glad you didn't need to evacuate. However, it sounds like you need a gigantic-sized HEPA filter to deal with the smoke.

Nice flatness today! Bummer about the smoke returning...I hope it's short-lived, and I hope those fires are done and over with very, very soon.

WOOT! We have a blue and yellow Zener! I am so glad to see those colors and not "the other ones". Good job Z-Man!

It's good to see Zener in some blue today. I'm glad they are getting the fire under control. I hope the smoke goes away from your area soon.

It was great to see those Swedish colours today. The Newfoundland Tricolor has pink in it, but to complete that Zener would have to find his inner green.

I hope the winds change soon so the kitties can go out and you can open your door again.

Conference calls with Germany are best done with a large cuppa tea, fleece robe, fuzzy slippers and a cat on your lap. I've done that before! :lol:

Hi guys, I 'm glad to hear that the fires are being contained, but of course that doesn't help with the smoke when the wind is blowing in your direction. I hope it clears soon.

Thank you for your words of sympathy on Jean's passing.
