Yesterday, fur shot recovery. It's still a gift that keeps on giving. :roll:

Neko was STARVING this morning until she finished her last mini meal. She probably was going up from that yellow and not happy. I tried shutting her up by putting on bed with me and that got a few purrs until the civie decided to join the party. :evil: Neko doesn't like to share bed time. After her last meal she was satisfied and beetled out to the solarium.

My father was visiting this morning and Neko was a good girl. She knows my parents. Civie "hid" on top of the bed by my pillow.

Late post again. I went down to the boathouse to try the rowing machine to see if I'm healed enough to go back on the water tomorrow. Not sure yet, I'll see how the day progresses.

I hope Neko gets back to blue again soon. I love how Theo hid today. :lol: I hope you can get back to rowing soon.

I hope that you were able to row on the machine without pain today and that you'll be back on the water soon.

Oooohhhh I HATE those furshots!!! :YMSIGH: Looks like she's coming out of it already, and also I hope your injury heals soon so you can get back to your rowing.

p.s.Thanks for all your advice on Tiger, plus sorry I did not see your earlier e mail when my SS was all messed up, I had a computer virus and lost all my data and had to start all over, plus I have too many e mail accts... :roll:

Nice slide today! So close... What happened that you can't row? I checked back a couple of days but didn't see what happened. Yikes on the twist tie. I remember Melissa's Bailey who swallowed a lancet a couple of years ago. :shock: :shock: Fortunately, she pooped it out and no damage was done. Phew!

@Carla - Back to blues and almost green. Maybe later.

@Ella - Neko seems to have recovered, but not as well as Rusty did. :shock: Still debating rowing, I'll ice today and decide tomorrow morning.

@Ruth - I think it was just a partial fur shot, and Neko recovered. I hope you can get Tiger in good numbers soon. :YMHUG:

@Linda - I'm not sure I want 14 lbs of cat on my chest. 13lb civie already tried massage there and I did NOT appreciate it. :lol:

@Liz - So close, amazing how many times they taunt you on the 100 mark. :roll: No signs of any more twist tie from Neko's output - just cat hair so I think we are safe now. A week and a half ago I was leaning over the railing to reach something for pruning and something in my chest went "pop". It's not broken ribs (I've done that many times :roll: ), not intercostal muscles - massage therapist checked those, so probably just some soft tissue thingy. I've been off rowing since then as I wasn't sure I could last. Problem with rowing is it's a team sport and if you decide part way through that you can't continue, it impacts the rest of the crew.
