Good Morning,

:shock: at the 475 this morning. I must have missed some action between +6 and +9.5 last night...damn. He's not peaking at his usual times with this new dose so i need to pull up my socks with more testing. Otherwise he's doing well this morning, woke me up 10 minutes before his shot with some very smelly LB action.......gross.

BTB for this gal, i didn't sleep much last night. Have a good day all!

Ok, I'm not sure what "LB action" is and I'm not sure I want to know! Sorry to see you guys up on the red floor, hopefully, he will respond to his new dose quickly this am and start cruising on down. Sending you some coffee ~O) to help you keep your eyes open today. Looks like Lantus Land might need to invest in our own Starbuck this morning! @-)

LB action is some litter box action, very smelly!

Yeah he's bouncing again, but he's coming back down again. And he seriously does need a trampoline!

Wow, that's not exactly a dive in 4 hours but what a recovery Leo! Now remember how it felt to be on that icky red floor and you won't ever want to go back there! :-D Goodness he is so freakin handsome. What a looker.

Awwwww...you know the words to Phoebe's Smelly Cat song!!!! I have a Friend's trivia game cuz I've watched every episode multiple times!!! And the stinking LB action is what you get for Leo eating the mousies all the time...stinky poops and mousie breath!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I love how Leo was able to surf the blue floor today!!! Awesome numbers! Let's hope tonight is also a good night. :-D :-D

Well thanks everyone for the kind words about Leo's blue surf.....i enjoyed it while it lasted and now my little rat is bouncing again.

Hi Tracy: just getting around to condos. What a nice blue surf Leo had today. Sorry to see him bounce!! LEO....those numbers weren't that low. So many drama queens/king sugarbabies in LL!

Ick on the LB prezzies!!! Our old civvies can really come up with some "stinky poos" sometimes!

Hi Tracy, who would have thought that the most expensive part of FD would be the test strips! My dad (age 73) is just like yours, oral diabetic meds and diet. He gave me 5 boxes (250 strips) at the beginning of Champ's diagnosis and I'm sure he thought they would last forever, but with newbie do-overs and testing so much, I went through them lickety split. Then his dang doctor changed his prescription for him to test himself only once a day which means there are no extra strips for him to give to me. I bought 300 strips on ebay a month ago for $100 and I only have 20 left. $100 seems like a lot, but they cost $57 for 50 at Walmart so I actually saved a lot of money. I just bought another 300, again for $100, but I'm going to have to watch how often I test. I just can't afford $100 a month. The people who sell the strips on ebay are people just like your dad and my dad...they have extra strips that are just going to expire and be no good to anyone so they sell them and make some money. Maybe not so legit, and I'm usually a strong opponent of insurance abuses, but it's amazing how you'll not think about the "rightness" of something when you need what they're selling!! Besides, if they weren't so overpriced to begin with, this would be a complete nonissue.

And wow on Leo's numbers!! He had a fantastic blue surf and then immediately bounced. Let's hope the bounce clears in just this one cycle and he gives you another good one tomorrow. It used to take Champ two or three cycles to clear a bounce, but as soon as he started stringing the blues together, the bounces started clearing quicker and quicker. I hope Leo follows the same pattern. Because after stringing blues together, they start stringing the greens together and that's FUN!! Well, maybe not fun, but pretty freakin awesome!!
