Baffled by her numbers.
Wednesday morning out of the blue, she started acting agitated and was clearly having a cystitis episode. I gave her prazosin and a bit of Gabapentin and she seemed to improve pretty quickly. Tonight is the first night I haven’t given the Prazosin as she’s been peeing regularly. I’m glad I caught it quickly and hope it’s cleared up.

She was falling really fast. I have her some MC gravy and she still stayed low for hours. This morning she isn’t eating much and she threw up in the middle of the night. I don’t think I’m going to shoot this morning. Still trying to feed her. She’s acting ok tho.

She’s also almost completely deaf after the ear meds from 2 weeks back. Doc says it may be temporary but it is a side effect. I didn’t know that.

Those were some really nice blues last night. And she flattened out well.
I hope you are able to give her some insulin this morning.
I wouldn't skip as you know lack of food, insulin, and a certain types of stress or infection causes ketones.
I would try to get her to eat something and then decide on a possible one off dose for this morning that you are comfortable giving just this once. Is she high this morning?

I’m not sure what a one off dose means… she’s under the bed now and I’m just not sure what to do. I won’t be home today and I think maybe she a UTI? I’m so confused as she has been peeing normally for the last two days…

We used to call it a BCS dose. A one time dose when there is a good reason the caregiver doesn't want to shoot the full dose, like the cat won't eat and the caregiver won't be home to monitor. Maybe 1 unit, and go right back to 1.25 tonight. Have you or can you test her for ketones?
 
What is her BG this morning? If she's high now, she'll probably stay highish all day in a bounce from the nice cycle last night.

She hasn’t peed recently to get a ketone test.

She was at 457 but I don’t know if that’s leftover from gravy. She was peppy for a bit this morning but then strained in her box. I also
Checked her one sleeping spot and there is some pee so she must have been straining through the night that I didn’t see. I have Veraflox but not sure what to do other than hope the Prazosin kicks in.

My vet says that the stress of me poking her could bring on a cystitis episode. I’m wondering if all the testing last night caused this. I really hate this.
 
If the gravy was from +4 last night, I doubt if it's still affecting her more than 8 hours later. She's probably just bouncing from the blues which she is not used to yet.
Is your vet open? Maybe you could call and ask them.
There is a good face book group called Feline Lower Urinary Tract that might be able to help you.

I left some out for her when I finally fell asleep last night. I will check out that page. Thank you!
