Way late posting today as have been out most of the day, but back in time for Crystal's PMPS. Didn't give her any R this morning but she got 3.0u at PMPS to try to get her back on track, we were doing so well with yesterday's AM cycle such a shame it hasn't continued.

Trying to catch up with visiting condos. Vines and wishes to all in need.

Well, Crystal had a nice blue day yesterday, hopefully the R will kick in and do it's thing!
