Yesterday. Caber Yr 2 Day 234. AB 13. Ketones 0.4

Still only licking food. Won't even eat the a/d food. Today I meet up with one of her transporters and I will get some baby food on my way home. Her sides definitely hurt, if I touch them she growls. I guess it will be more fluids today with cerenia, can't get the pill in her. Can't get her benazepril in her either. Think we are in for a long p'titis episode.

I'm really sorry to hear this Paula. We're sending a ton of healing vines to Ollie and hope that things miraculously change and she starts feeling better. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Poor Ollie, I hope it isn’t a really bad episode. What a sin that she’s in pain, I hope she feels better soon :bighug:

New best food friend - Squeeze ups. She ate some and ate a bit of regular food. Later I will try to give cerenia in some of the squeeze up food.

What are squeeze ups? I hope her appy continues. Hate p'titis.

These are the squeeze ups. It very creamy treat I've seen people post (various sites) saying their cats love them. If she eats it at least its getting something in her. Vet just happened to call and I filled her in. Of course continue fluids and cerenia, up her bupre even though she's to groggy she says she needs pain relief more right now. Let her eat whatever she wants. If no improvement she wants to see her Monday.

I'm so tired of all this. I just want to be done and not deal with it anymore.

She ate her cisipride this evening, took her benazepril in the squeeze up treat, good sign I think. Ate half her dinner. I will try the cerenia pill in the squeeze up later, if it doesn't work I will give fluids and cerenia through them. I did reducie because. 1. She isn't eating great, 2. I'm working tomorrow, 3. Husband won't be checking on her throughout the day, so I thought it would be safer. Hope it was the right thing to do.
