Going to try doing TR. I'm increasing dose to 1 unit

Ravan will likely experience some NDW (new dose wonkiness) as he did before. The depot has to fill to the new dose leaving a bit less insulin for his body to use. Don't panic if his numbers go up!

I think you are making a good choice.

With my 1st kitty I was scared to death trying TR. He was geriatric with a lot of issues and I didn't know anything about FD.

Now with Olive I jumped right into it. She is doing well IMO with it. We have hit some other medical snafus and if she wasn't on TR I think she would be so far behind and we would never be where we are now.

Good luck. If you decide it isn't for you, you can go back to SLGS.
