Ripley's doing great today!
She just finished her breffis (CPC!) and is now basking in the 'baskyard.' :cool:
I'm sure she has already made her Good Morning Rounds to the turtle and chickens.

I'm writing a late post 'cause guess who went BTB? That's right. Moi. Well, me and Ripples. I love today already.

I'm having one of those moments when I'm really appreciating this board. REALLY appreciating. I mean, I am grateful-beyond-belief each day, but there's something 'magical' about today: I'm moved from reading about Gabby's diagnosis (and survival!) story, Lyresa welcoming home Doc, seeing Michelle's Nicholas play with the 3 musketeers and reading about the origins of The Kitty Bus (and seeing an 'actual' photo of it with some of my favorite LL kitties!), Leo and his new brudder becoming BFFs... this list is endless! You are ALL amazing. (Where's that darn heart smilie?!?)

Thanks for the late night visit last night, Nocturnal Marje. (The answer to your question is Yes! But only if you bring the furkids ~ I'm sure the 5 of them would get along, well, smashingly ;-) .)

Sending vines to ALL kitties and beans who need them today.

Hi Josie, I love your condo today summarizing how you feel. You say it so beautifully, too. Ripley sure is looking good today and every day. You're a good MamaBean. I hope you have enjoyed this weekend so far and not too lonely with DH gone. Have a great afternoon.

Lantus Land is a completely incredible place. It's made that way by some equally incredible people and the kitties they are devoted to.

Yep, this place is truly amazing. The care and compassion we've felt not just for Trix, but for all the issues we've had with our civvies, too...just incredible.

It's been a few cycles since I've seen a green preshot. Good job, Ripples! :mrgreen:

So it was feeding time in my home tonight: I fed civvie Smokey cat first, then drooler Marley, and prepared Ripley's dinner, syringe, and sub-q bag ~ and she wasn't anywhere to be seen! Not on her feeding table next to her rocker, not next to Marley hoping for a dropped kibble, not on the couch... I called her and said the usual "Din din time!" but no Ripley. I finally looked on the bed and there she was, right in the middle, in her pretty "I'm hungry" pose, with her "I'm hungry" squawk. With DH being gone this weekend, I've been feeding Ripley breffis in bed (DH is too light of a sleeper for breffis in bed) and I think she wanted to be fed dinner in bed! :lol: I had to pick her up and carry her to her feeding table. Silly goose.
 
How stinkin' cute of Miss Ripley wanted to be fed in bed!!!! As always, we love her numbers. Good job, Ripley! Shasta and I agree 100% with your LL feelings. Best board ever! Sweet dreams, Josie & Ripley!

Hear hear! You've all said it beautifully. I couldn't believe how wonderful this community was when I first found it. You are a bunch of amazing people.
