Neko's got her 5 P's T-shirt on today - yes, that included some whacking fur puffs in the kitchen again.:cool: All is now calm with two kitties belly up in the solarium. It's cloudy but sun is trying to break through so it's the warmest spot in the house.

Last night Neko was quite playful (for her). We had a rousing game of "goalie". I was tossing one of the new felt balls Mariko made to her, and she would kick it out. Lather, rinse, repeat. Neko would make a good goalie. :joyful:

I just came back from cat fuds shopping. Theo has decided that turkey is poison again. He goes through these phases. Last week he had no problem with it. I buy in .5 lb packages, which is enough for 2 cats for one day. Theo is OK with the first servings of turkey (last night), but today they are garbage. :rolleyes: This time even FD chicken on top didn't work. I only got a little in with finger feeding. Rather gross with raw food. :eek: So, when turkey gets back into the rotation, I am going to try a little wild boar for him instead. Tonight is kangaroo so he'll wolf that down.

Orijen makes freeze dried boar treats that Noodle LOVES. Can't believe it was the civvie who made you resort to oogie finger feeding! Come on, Theo!

Excellent Neko report! Maybe we can put together a kitty soccer team, I bet it would go viral! :cat:
 
Looks like another blues cruise for Neko.

Liz, Carla, Rhiannon, Patricia - Neko hadn't played goalie for a while, so I was happy to see it. She always seems a bit perkier with new toys. :) She did whack around one of the triangle toys as soon as I put it out. :cool: The wild boar (raw) also comes from Alberta, as does the Orijen treats. Probably the same supplier. Later this week they are also getting buffalo, as last time I got venison the store was short one package in their venison box.
 
I just looked up polysporin here in Aus and apparently it is made in Canada by Johnson and Johnson. It looks like it can be shipped here for about 25 dollars a tube.....I will check it out further, thanks for that Wendy. We don't have neosporin here even on prescription apparently. I remember we used to.
 
I don't know much about soccer, but I know that the goalie is a very important person on the team. Neko, you have a lot of responsibility. You'd better keep those numbers down so you're feeling energetic and ready to block those shots!

Theo, the old saying that any attention is good attention is a myth. You do not want to get Mama's attention because you are being a finicky kitty. Now eat your fuds like a good boy, and don't make Mama stick her fingers in the oogie raw stuff.

I'm picturing your two big, fluffy babies belly up in the solarium and I just want to rub tummies!!! :p

I love those blue cruises, nice and steady and decent numbers. Sometimes Mannie would give me several days in a row of wonderful days like that. Keep up the good work Neko, maybe add some green for spice. :cool:
