Happy Memorial Day to everyone. A special thanks to the vets that are out there. Thank you for keeping our country safe and free.

Ugh...high number this am.

Looks like he threw up some more stomach acid this am. I usually shut his bedroom door so he can be in the room by himself to enjoy his midnight snacks. Unfortunately, there was another cat in there, Taylor, so I am sure she quickly gobbled up his food. So Merlin probably didn't have anything to eat last night. If he doesn't eat, he typically throws up that stomach acid.

Poor Merlin! Hope he feels better today. Not eating at night could have also caused a higher number. If I remember right, another cat who used to be on the board would get higher numbers if he didn't eat at night.

I definitely agree. Especially as he has somewhat of a delicate tummy, no food could have caused issues. Maybe last night was his higher flatter cycle and you'll see some lower numbers today?

Guess no lower numbers today. Little hard to get multiple tests in today and tomorrow due to working.

So I am assuming by your comments that this was not a bad day. Would this be considered a typical drop? No bounce? Not flat but a typical Prozinc curve? I am glad where he landed. It could have been higher. I sure would like to start see more yellows now for pre-shots numbers.

My thinking, Cindi, is that it was a good drop, a smile shaped curve. Yes, it would be great if he had started lower and gone lower, but it is better than high and flat. Not fantastic, but not bad.
