Morning LL Do Lou seems to be feeling better last 2 days this has actually been a bad week for him a lot of vomiting which I am hoping is just related to allergy bath/hairball thingy... but still with all his health issues you never know appy has been way down..... he has been on so much baby food I am starting to wonder if this is his way of just getting his Bean trained to give more baby food @-) ............... last 2 days have been better with no vomiting ( anti jinx) and starting to act more like himself I am still having a terrible time with him not wanting to drink in the room he lives in which is our bedroom honestly I am starting to wonder if the only water he drinks is when he goes to tub drink and of course I am not around all the time to let him do this he has a fountain which I think he hates I keep telling myself if he gets thirsty enough he will use his bowl or fountain but I wonder I have started to add water to his canned. He has 3 ps this morning still waiting on LB visits.

I so hope Do Lou feels better soon. It is never fun when things are quite as they should be. It's good to read that things are on the mend, starting to be better for him. Sending feel good vines for Do Lou.

Good Morning I am sure there is a lot of water content in the baby food, so he is getting some water and adding water to Do Lou's food is an excellent idea; I do that a lot here. It seems that the food will firm up a little better if, after adding the water, you put it in the fridge till the next feeding time (covered with foil or saran wrap, or one of those plastic catfood can covers...) Morning Lisa, so sorry to hear about Do Lou not feeling well and the vomiting. Sending healing vines. Mags also has a fair amount of baby food with her meds. I know Barb's Checkers also loves the tub/sink drinks. I think they love that the water runs from the faucet. I don't know how the fountains work, a I've still never bought one. I'm in and out and so can change water often.

Hi Ann yeah the tub drinking is soooooooooo frustrating only because its like thats the ONLY time he will drink I have tried 4 fountains so far ohmygod_smile :roll: and he does not like any really that I can tell but still we have a drinkwell one that IMO flows like the tub but obviously its JMO and not Do Lous :lol: plus he has a bowl but not sure how much he uses it since I cannot see the water level change when its dumped daily oh well...... and seems like I am always buying baby food would love to buy it wholesale but have looked online but cannot find it anywhere cheaper then just buying at walmart..

Hi Lisa, oh my with the 4 Fountains! :lol: I guess Do Lou has made up his mind he's a tub/sink drinker. Oh that's too bad he spills the water in the bowl and then you can't tell if he's even had any to drink. I can see how frustrating. Walmart is where I buy my bf, too. Target has the same prices if you're ever near a Target.

sigh we had vomit again :sad: it had a lot of hair and he had a allergy bath 1 week ago so I am sure hoping that all this vomit that he keeps doing is just fur related makes the Bean worry when he vomits almost daily if it keeps up then off for a check at the vets. I do have him on cerenia each day so I had hoped it would help it has before :YMSIGH:
