What a gorgeous day yesterday without R!!!

Don’t be afraid to use “some” R even when his numbers are pink. You can even try 0.25u and see if we can get him down a bit more. Between the R and the L increases, our goal is blue and green but we don’t want to drop him suddenly. We might find that 0.25u with pink is not enough but you won’t know until we try :)

Just don’t overlap nadirs :):)

Not sure I know when he nadirs. I didn't give R in pink but he's in yellow now!! I was going to give R 0.5 over 400
I should give 0.25 for pink between now and pmps? Just want to understand. He's doing so well, isn't he?

He’s doing great!!! Once he heads up, I’d give him some R and see if you can keep him staying down. Try 0.25u for pink and 0.5u for red as a place to start.

Generally, numbers go up the last half of the cycle but he’s been holding his own really well and we don’t want to start a dive/bounce.

And it left quickly!
Boy I haven’t seen R fizzle like that after a big drop.

See where he is when you give R. If he’s in red and headed up after +6, I’d give 0.75u.

If he’s pink, I would try 0.5u again....even if it’s first thing in the morning. We only had one cycle where we got much movement.
