hi all,
thank you for the well wishes and prayers....

praying for the kitties that are unwell and for those who have lost their loved ones

Rocket seems to be doing fine....eating so so....the only challenge was his breffis at shot time...i gave less than 100 cc fluids too....he is comfy sleeping and i have kept a watchful eye on him....i stayed on the floor near him watching his every move....

it was pretty scary last night and trust me i have had only 2 hrs sleep since...and not straight thru....i'm really tired....off to take Comet for his follow up apt from when he had his surgery...i was tempted to cancel but he needs that follow up....Comet is ok....and so i'm like a zombie today...

it is miserable here again....rainy and cold....Rocket is on the balcony now 5 mins....will bring him in shortly and then head out....

will try to get a nap later on....

Hi guys, I know you had a rough night .. just want to caution you to be careful while you are out today since you are so tired .. still keeping you guys in our prayers as always ...

Hi Claudia,
I hope Rocket is better today and that you don't see any more seizures. I also hope Comet gets a clean bill of health. Try to get some sleep this afternoon. I'm sending prayers for you and Rocket.

I'll be keeping you, Rocket and Comet in my thoughts today, and I hope you can get some much needed rest when you get back from the vet.

Oh Claudia....so sorry about the seizure, I hope he doesn't have any more. Sending prayers and vines, and I hope Comet's follow up goes well. Please try to get some rest when you can.

Claudia, I know you must be exhausted after your long night. I'm glad Rocket seems a little better today and praying that he doesn't have anymore seizures. I hope Comet gets a good check-up. Please get a little rest when you get home!

just got home...

Comet is doing very well according to the vet....no re-growth of the tumor...so overall it went well

left food for Rocket to snack on...he ate it all....he doesn't want to cuddle...he wants to go on the balcony....it's wet and cold out...but if that makes him happy...balcony it is...

when i left with Comet i took the spare key to the car dh drives...don't ask me why....i'm a zombie today....long story short...i lost those keys....now that is bothering me that i have searched our place and inside the car i drove Comet in....nothing....not sure i'll be taking any nap this afternoon.... :(

Rocket is alert and just looking at the birds out on the balcony....he looks tired though....since yesterday...hope he gets better each day and back to "normal"

FWIW, my civvie, George (GA), had a couple of seizures. While it's indeed frightening, he was fine afterward. He didn't seem to think that the fuss I was making was warranted. I hope Rocket regroups and is doing well.

Rocket slept most of the afternoon....yeah...he is better in that he is eating on his own....alert but not very vocal like in the past....slowly improving i think...hard to tell but will continue to be watchful of him...

i managed to sleep almost 2 hrs this afternoon....i was sooooo tired....

yes it is scary to see them go thru that...and then for them it's like nothing happened while we deal with the aftermath of it all.....
 
Claudia, Glad to see Comet is doing very well... :-D still keeping you and Rocket in my thoughts and prayers... :YMHUG:
 
So good to hear that Comet is doing well and that Rocket ate his food while you were gone. Now try to get more than 2 hours of sleep tonight. Keeping you in my prayers.

I'm so glad Rocket has not had another seizure. I hope you can all get some rest/sleep
tonight. I hope you and DH are holding up ok. I am also thankful that comet is doing well.

Hi Claudia, I'm very glad that Rocket is feeling better and eating today. And it's good news about Comet's follow-up. Now, I hope that you will be able to get some good sleep tonight and wake refreshed in the morning.
