Not a fantastic day by any means. The numbers seem to indicate a bounce, but looking back at his history, it doesn't seem out of character to react to a new dose by going high. If he appears to be coming down overnight, I'll try to persuade other human to get a reading at maybe 10.5 to see if something unexpected is happening.
