today will be the first day using the auto feeders without us here to supervise since we both have early meetings.

he's already tried to break into it, twice. now he's staring it down, i think he hopes that intimidation will work.

i think he learned if you sit and stare long enough, it will open (now i'm waiting for him to learn that it's actually a timer and figure out how to reset it).

With your kitty, I suspect he actually will figure out how to reset the timer OR how to open it by sheer will power. Nice numbers!!
