It's been 10 cycles since he last saw green. If he doesn't see green before tomorrow, I might consider a .5U increase again to see if you can get him back into those nicer numbers he saw earlier at this dose. The acro tumor can wax and wane, and what dose worked for a while may stop working. It sometimes feels like those greens are a moving target.

I have been thinking about an increase.
I just started a new vial today, so barring any visits by Mr. Green tonight, tomorrow is probably a good time to try out an increase.
