Good morning LL!

Blue blue blue. Yay! Tarragon was super snuggly last night. He spent most of his night sandwiched between DH and I under the sheets. To mix things up he would move to my side and scoot under my arm. What a silly guy. He has never slept between us like that since he usually likes to have an escape route planned. He did his hmpfff when the alarm went off again. I took him with us and set him down in the hallway to follow us to get things going. Once all of his food, test, shoot stuff was ready, I went to look for him and he was snuggled back up on my side of the bed. I took him back to the kitchen and we did the whole routine but once I went to get in the shower he was back in our bed. We have no idea what is up with all that, but he is a happy furry purry guy with all 5 p's present.

There was a male duck in the pool when I got home. Grrrrr. Thankfully the kitties arrived and made enough noise that the ducks stayed away last night. There was a lot of grilling and a canon ball contest with the boys. The girls, true to form, hung out on the side and watched.

Morning Melissa, nice blue for Tarragon and I bet you see some nice ones today. That is so comical hearing how Tarragon has to be coaxed out of bed and then to return to bed any chance he gets. I guess it's tough being a kitty and staying home all day and patrolling and snoozing. :lol: Yay, the kitties had their work cut out for them yesterday and what fun at the pool. I think that's why Tarragon is so tired today, as we played all day in the pool.
I wish I were there, too, to enjoy the pool, what fun it would be for us. I had a pool at my last complex, but none here. Have a wonderful day, Melissa.
 
What a nice start today for tarragon. YAY! I absolutely love the bed and snuggle story. I love it when they do that- it does not happen often enough here.

oh oh on the male duck..... :shock: :? and this I love; our kitties have quite the life!

Awww...Tarragon sure has the right idea!! I love it when they turn around and go back to sleep - as if you, a lowly human, could tell them they had do do something else :lol: !

I'd love to watch the ducks in your yard...all animals are so fascinating, but I'm sure it's very frustrating to have them in your pool. Hopefully they will move on very soon!
 
Hi guys .. what a sweet report on tarragon .. he must be one tired kitty today! The amps is a beautiful shade of blue .. hoping he surfs along nicely .. have a great day guys!
 
Duck defense is exhausting! :lol: :lol: :lol: Tess get phases where one spot is the best ever and then suddenly it changes. A year ago it was impossible to get her out of the cube, she would even refuse to come out to eat, just stick her head out! I even had to test her in there a few times. :roll:
 
It sounds like Tarragon is going to have a nice lazy blue day. That must be frustrating cleaning up after the ducks. The pool here opens on Saturday. I can't wait. Of course it's not as nice as having your own. I have to share with the other homeowners in this development but its still good to have it.

I hope Tarragon keeps on surfing today and the rest of the day goes even better.

How about buying the ducks their own pool??? You know the blow up kind & put it near the duck area??
Maybe they would not be threatened by the dog, cats or anything!!! And they might leave your pool alone!!
Call a wildlife group & ask them to maybe help?? You will be needing your pool back now it;'s summer!!
