Nice cycle last night and she didn't seem to skyrocket afterwards (anti jinx!). Appy is a little off this morning, but I'm trying not to force her to eat since she could be feeling morning hairball ickiness. She ate a bit of Weruva Paw Lickin Chicken with coconut oil, hoping that helps again. She's watching her birds and telling me all about their morning movements. Too silly to go BTB!
ETA: CPC all on her own! Glad I didn't try to rush her.

Also: My local Walmart only had the new Relion Plus strips when I went to restock the other day and I used them yesterday. They really are an improvement!! The capillary action is MUCH better--I didn't realize how slow it was before! I really think they will help my mom test more successfully. I'm a big fan.

@Vyktors Mum I saw the post! Thanks! I plan on bookmarking FDMB with my log-in saved, so they can reach out if necessary.

@rhiannon and shadow No barfing vines does sound funny! They worked though! :joyful:

Off to a friends for a cookout later! I'm excited because I thought I'd have to skip to start packing and running pre-trip errands, but I found out I'm "off" tomorrow after all! Our offices are closed and we aren't making deliveries Tuesday, so I won't be expected to go make sales on a busy day for my customers. Win-win! Friend is a couple weeks into her second trimester with her first, very excited to see her!

Aha, patience pants for eating needed sometimes, too! Good for Noodle finally dabbling her way through breffis!

Have a great cookout.

Looking good so far today Noodle! Now, just slide on down please - but GENTLY. No diving when your mama has plans!

It's always nice to get an extra day off that you weren't expecting - I hope you enjoy your cookout. :)

I know what you mean about having to stop yourself from trying to force them to finish eating. I've found gentle suggestions work better with Minka, and if she's going to eat, she'll do it on her time table, not mine! Patience pants get a workout around here!

Yay for no more barfing. Now we just need to get her down off the yellow floor.. Whaddya say, Noodle? Ready for some blue stuff????
