Yesterday was a day I'd just as soon forget and would love to remove from the SS. :lol:

Neko had a very strange cycle last night. I got up for a +9 test (and originally to go rowing) and she hadn't moved much from her +4, but slid down to this morning. Oh well, at least she is down from that horrible start. Neko hasn't had much red in her SS of late - I am so hoping we can put that in the rear view mirror for a while. Neko did get a FD chicken snack at +9 and only woke me 10 minutes before the morning alarm which means she's feeling OK. She has had a couple of deck patrols so far today and is impatiently waiting for me to feed her the +3 breffs.

I originally got up for rowing, but decided not to go as the elbow was still feeling abused from yesterday's PT session. Just as well, I went btb and DH went to go rowing, but the lock on the boathouse was jammed so he didn't go rowing either. It's sunny here, I'll probably get back to outside house cleaning and/or gardening.

I hope Neko is done with the red. Hopefully she'll turn things around and give you some blue soon. I hope your elbow feels better today.

That's better, Neko, but not good enough. What a drag for the lock to be jammed. :-x I hope your elbow is feeling better. Did you ice it?

HI Wendy.......I hope Neko came down some more you you today.

Ouch on the elbow today! I was also wondering if ice helped, or if it's too late, by the next day. I slapped a stinky pain patch on a bad muscle today, and it really helped. I didn't think it would.
I hope you get to go rowing soon. Tomorrow?

Bummer on your elbow, Wendy! Did you put Arnica gel on it??

Neko, stay clear of the reds, OK? Rusty says you've got a great dish for the party tomorrow night. It will be lot of fun in the Florida moonlight.

Stuck in yellows but better than pinks. It turned out to be a beautiful day and Neko is taking advantage of it to wander outside. I'll join her shortly.

@Carla - Daily turnaround in progress, but I have no idea where she'll be at PMPS. Anybodies guess. :lol: Elbows better today, it just needed time.

@Liz - Yellow is much better than where she was this time yesterday. :smile: I did ice the elbow right after PT but it was a late in the day appointment so didn't have enough time to get better. Lock is now fixed - which is good, they needed to get the boats out tonight for a junior regatta. DH is in charge of maintenance.

@Barb - Neko did come down a little, maybe more later? I iced after PT and later in the evening. Multiple times does help. Maybe I should try those pain patches. Rowing was cancelled for tomorrow because of the regatta, but back on the water on Monday.

@Ella - I have been using Arnica, but I didn't find out about it until a few weeks after the break. Might have helped if I had done it earlier. Rowing on Monday, I'll be ready for it. Neko says thanks on the dish and she'll start picking the lavender now. That's as close to reds as I want her to get. :lol:

Oh boy....looks like it might be a pj party for you tonight. Glad to see her down off those numbers for yesterday. Full moon?

Hope the elbow will feel better tomorrow.

And the PJ party is on! Neko spent the last 1.5 hours purring on DH's lap. That's one of her signs she's going lower.

@Marje - The moon is nice and bright here, definitely looks like a full moon. :lol: Bring your green PJ's. I've been icing tonight, we'll see what the elbow feels like tomorrow.

Not much of a boost from that HC. At least Rusty is keeping her company in the lagoon.

@Ann - I guess you are getting up while I'm still up with Neko's typical night time diving. :lol: Elbow was broken about 3 months ago. The bone is healed but there is some soft tissue damage. It won't straighten yet and when the physio works it, I feel it. :roll:
 
Boy, it looks like you had a "be careful what you wish for" day with the low numbers! Stinks on no rowing for either of you. I hope your elbow feels better. I end up icing on and off for 2 days depending on the type of injury I am dealing with. My trainer gutted me through 21 assisted pullups yesterday, out of nowhere, and I'm having trouble using one arm this morning. Ugh. I hadn't done pullups for a loooong time because I separated my shoulder a couple years ago. He is evil. I am going to try that Arnica stuff too.

At least it finally looks like Neko is starting to work the new dose, RIGHT LITTLE MISS??? :lol:
