5/24 bailey uk. should i increase?

I think you could try an increase if you can monitor. You are home this week? Sometimes a little more insulin can help with the bouncing? If you are using alphatrak, he has hit a few green numbers such as 113, 121, etc. but he looks like he bounces a lot. He seems to have a little room. Maybe his body is still adjusting to the lower numbers. Is he on an antibiotic right now?

Let's see what other say. I remember my cat would go from all pink in the day to all lower numbers at night for awhile.
 
I'd go for the increase since you can monitor him now. It would be great to see if you can bring down some of those higher numbers and flatten him out a bit. Do you have high carb wet food around, in case you need it?

yep i do have high carb food and yes im off work now for a week so am at home whenever i need to be. he had his antibiotic injection on Tuesday that's meant to last 7-10 days so yes hes still on that.
im abit reluctant now to increase as bailey showed me a 124 at + 6 this morning.with it being on alphatrak that's a green. :-D granted it was before his breakfast but il monitor for today and see whether i can increase or not.would i just increase by .25 or .5u?

I agree with a small increase, and since you have had many lower blues on this dose, I think you can try a 0.25 increase.
I think with Bailey's dose adding 0.25 would be like fattening the dose, and may be all he needs to get more of those blues in there. It is up to you. Let's see if others chime in.
