5/24 amps Splitzie dosing?

Splitzie is back up...
Last night she was up to 168
Now her am is 210
Her last shot dosage was .25, but with it being 210 is that enough?

I would say yes but I'm not a dosing expert. Here's a bump for ya.

Since you're just starting to give her insulin again, I don't think I would give more than that because her numbers really aren't high, this has been the only yellow. If you can put off shooting and you aren't sure, I would wait until a dosing expert can tell you. Have you had instructions from someone telling you to start at 0.25u today?

I can wait. Splitzie has an appointment in a bit, so will talk to the vet then. I just didn't want to see it get higher. But, only a bit over an hour til her appointment.
.25 was the last dose she took, so was going to start from there.

Did you feed yet? Are you going to be around today to monitor? Do you have plenty of test strips and HC food if you need it?

I think 0.25u is too much....he earned a reduction the last time you shot that dose. I would try 0.1u.

He may just need support for a little longer...

ETA: It's fine to wait until tonight....you are probably too far off schedule at this point.
