Happy Monday morning everyone! I didn't get a chance to get on all weekend but wanted to send our thoughts and prayers for MJ, Donovan, and especially Butthead.
We did a BGC yesterday and Tarragon threw me for a loop with the dreaded black number at +6. My husband started tearing out hallway carpeting yesterday at about +5 to put down hardwood and I wonder if that is what caused the sudden spike. Since Tarragon got sick, we have been systematically replacing all of the carpet since he was going outside of his box. He doesn't do well with change and I wonder if that is what caused the sudden spike. At any rate, we went with a dose increase last night and we will see if that helps. It seems like he does well on a dose for a couple of weeks and then can't seem to hold it. It feels like we will never really get regulated.
Thank you all for the well wishes on my first 5K. I am happy to say that I finished and that my time was not terrible. My sweet 20 year old son ran with me and was my cheerleader for the last 1K. I know he would have rather run faster and had a better time, but he stuck with me and got me through the end. Of course, my husband left us in the dust, but good for him.
Terrible about the tornadoes in Joplin and OK last night. It is about an hour away and our hearts and prayers go out to everyone affected.
Hope everyone has a great Monday!
