Radar and I have been experimenting recently because I suspect that his pancreas has decided to wake up and is adding insulin "sometimes". My experiment goes something like this: at about +8 I test, give a snack of raw chicken and then we wait 3 hours and I test again. The test 3 hours later is often lower which suggests to me that the pancrease has been stimulated. So in disbelief I do the experiment again the next day to see if the same result occurs.... and amazingly it does !! :joyful: So the experimenting continues and we'll see what Mr. P decides to do next....

Last night Radar and I had a great pj party with pretty blue numbers and this morning we have the lowest amps number ever recorded at our house. The sad news is that I can't shoot because there won't be anyone available to monitor today. It's a lost opportunity which will hopefully come again soon.

I just checked and Radar's bg reading at +8 is 339 - yikes. He didn't eat very much today while we were at work, so he eagerly devoured the snack I just gave him. I'll be curious to see what the bg level is in 3 hours.
