Yesterday

I think this qualifies as new dose wonkiness today. Very flat in the afternoon, spiking by the evening, and heading back down again.

A few weeks ago I would be ecstatic about 250s across the board (less so about 341). Now a nadir about 250 feels like backsliding. I guess that's the mark of progress!

There is progress. She's mostly yellow with the odd pink, instead of the other way around. Depending on the cat, those low 200's can be below renal threshold, meaning not have to drink as much.

Do you think her legs bothering her is neuropathy or arthritis? Neko had bad arthritis from bony growths, a common acro thing. That was the days before Solensia was available.

I’m guessing possibly both. She had signs of arthritis in an X-ray a month or so ago. But it also seems to be advancing fairly quickly. I’ve stopped the B-12 for now since I expect they’ll want to do the TAMU G&I panel when she sees the internist next week.

Fluid intake is definitely coming down. She’s still high, but trending lower every day.
