Yesterday http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=71576 was an icky red day and bounce recovery day. Neko was grouchy yesterday because of that.
Today is a new day and a new dose. An icky high start (though not as bad as yesterday) and we are slowly getting into better colours. Neko seems happier today, in spite of the scary hail shower that caused her to run for under the bed. As soon a I opened the fridge door for her +3, she came out from underneath, and now there is a bit of blue sky outside. She has done two yard patrols so far today and is settled on her blue chair grooming.
We had a MAJOR milestone in Neko/Theo relations last night. They actually slept most of the night with one cat on either side of my feet. For those who haven't followed the story, Theo adores Neko and wants to be best buddies, to the point of being a pest. She'd rather he leave her alone. She has cat buddies outside so I know she does like other cats, just not ones that live in her house. We have had two cats on the bed with Theo up near the top of the bed and Neko at the bottom but this is a first time close together. When he hopped up last night there was a Neko hiss, but they then settled down and I woke up with both cats still in place.
