Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy........ what a day!
I thought I knew my kid ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile

I shot early this morning to get him back on schedule and because he was high in a bounce from yesterday. I fed him his breffis but the one thing I didn't do on schedule was give him his second breffis because work wouldn't let me....BUT STILL!!!!

just now while I was working Alex started circling me and talking to me and YAWNING and I got a very not good feeling so I just said the he!! with work and scooped him up and tested and well...sure enough. He plummeted again. I just gave Alex Gravy Lover's FF and hopefully that will bring him back up....either something in his system has changed which is allowing the insulin to work better again...or he's trying to grab attention away from Jackson who I took to the vet this morning for his pre-op testing.

Sibling rivalry is for the birds :lol:

Alex is in his cube now waiting for more food.....

wowser, what a drop - and excellent that he told you about it. good kitty, alex! is that typical for him?

the drop or telling me about it. Yes to the second he does tell me when he feels bad or 'funny'...or hungry or anything. He hasn't dropped like this and yesterday in ages!

i meant the drop, but that's great that he tells you when he's not feeling right. you're the person who makes it better. that's a pretty big vote of confidence in you.

I'm his Mommy..who else is he going to tell? He's up to 70 now and just had turkey breast wit a little more hc so I think he'll be ok. I'll sneak a test in an hour though...
I never get scared as it's happening...but I always do when I think what would have happened if I wasn't here. I guess that's why I never go anywhere :lol:

hmmmmm, have a feeling you'll end up going right back up in dose.
0.5u R @ PM+10 + shooting an hour early probably put a little extra oooomph onto that shot this morning.
don't be afraid to take the lev dose back up right away if you need to.

Yeah I'm sure you're right. This doesn't last long. I gave him r at PMPS last night so an early shot surely may have contributed ...and I gave him r at AM +10 and he's dropped pretty quickly tonight soooo. I think tomorrow morning he'll still be kind of high and biuncy but after that he should be more normal and I'll be able to tell what this little dude needs.

Not afraid though..definitely not afraid. Not reckless...but not afraid :-D
