Alright, I'm really starting to think she didn't spend enough time on 11 units, I really looked at her numbers and it's looking like she's mostly hanging in the 120-130 area. I'm going to spend another hour thinking about it, and see if she's in the mid-200's for her PMPS.

Tip has gotten into the 50's and 60's on this dose, with a 60's reading last night. What are your goals for Tip's nadir? You should be dosing to what you want the nadir to be. 120 is still normal numbers.

I'm just worried about her getting too used to the dose and shooting up again, but I guess I'd like to try to keep her nadir at about 70. Any lower than 60 and I get a little worried, but I know not to really worry until she goes below 50. I did opt to keep her dose again today because even though she was at 267, I looked and saw that she had gotten slightly higher than that 2 days ago and had a nadir of 68, so I was hoping that'd happen again tonight.

Wendy's point is well taken. Tip is seeing some good numbers on this dose.
