5/22 Tiki AMPS 275, +8 198, PMPS 254, +7 152, LUMP???

I've noticed that Tiki has lump between his shoulders where I normally give him his shot. This has only appeared in the last few days. Should I be concerned?

Do you feel like you move around enough where you stick the needle or do you think you hit the same spot a lot?

It might be a granuloma.....

Maybe you should try adding the flank in the rotation .....

In all likelihood, it's a fat deposit (lipohypertrophy) or a combination of fat and scar tissue. It's not uncommon with insulin injection sites. I would have your vet take a look to be on the safe side though.
