Yesterday was the start of a dosecrease with pink and yellow and we seem to be still in NDW mode. Patience pants on and feeling tight but I am getting to sleep at night.
5/21 Recap:
AMPS 334 +4 323 +8 256
PMPS 218 +3.5 368
One thing I've confirmed about Neko is that I have to take deductions at .125 unit at a time. I didn't do this last time as she gave me a 40 and I thought she might be serious. Instead she's spent more time in yucky numbers. Lesson learned, moving on! Waiting for this dose to work it's magic.
Gray skies, sun is attempting to peak out every once in a while so kitties are in the solarium. Who am I kidding, Neko would probably be there anyway. Kitties have quickly remembered the pattern of last year and early rowing, where they get treats before we leave (at +10) and were both like shadows before I left, so I caved.
OT: Rowing was a serious workout today. Coach put me in a single which in one respect is a better way to get back in shape without holding back anyone else. The problem is there was one other person in a single in the group with me, and two boats on the water side by side are automatically a race.
I beat that 20 something university guy! But at some penalty to myself. I hurt everywhere, but in a good way.
