Jack behaved while I was out yesterday, but I have serious doubts about the neighbor who stopped over to check on him. Jack was 321 for his PMPS last night, which leads me to believe the neighbor is not being entirely truthful about not giving Jack any treats yesterday afternoon. I had the same issue last weekend when I went to see Mom. It's entirely possible that Jack was just sleeping all day since the house was quiet so his BG went up, but I think at the very least there were one or two naughty snacks handed out. I guess it's understandable, I totally appreciate not wanting to find the cat unresponsive on the floor, but still, Jack is sooo sensitive to any food change, it makes my life a bit tougher when his diet isn't steady...which is the case often enough due to his personality. Anyway, long story short (too late!), because he was 321 last evening, I gave him 7.25u with his prime filets and it seems to have brought him down nicely. He was 110 for his AMPS this morning, so we sent back to 7units with his ziwi peak/kibble/pate breakfast buffet.
