Yesterday condo

Still a high high day.
I didn't test PMPS because after AMPS+11 test, he had about 20g canned food. He was very hungry at that time and begging for food.
So I did the test then gave him something to eat.
I gave him small meal(20g-30g canned food per meal) at AMPS+6 and +8 yesterday and the day before yesterday. But that way looks like makes his BG go back to higher number more quick than before, so I changed small meal time to give him at +4 and +5, and today shows this way makes him feel hungry earlier.

Here is his menu, is there any good idea about separating meals? :?:

AMPS 15g Gerber chicken &chicken gravy with PetAg Taurine Tablets(half) and 50g Ziwi Peak and 30g Chicken Soup for the Kitten Lover's Soul
+4 30g Nutripe
+5 or +6 20g Ziwi Peak
(today he had extra 20g Chicken Soup at +11)

PMPS 40g Nutripe and 50g ZiwiPeak or Chicken Soup
+4 20g ZiwiPeak
+5 20g ZiwiPeak


The other question is that today is the third day after dose increased to s1.25, but looks like even he got blue one, most of the rest time is still at about more than 300, and the nadir was at about 200-300.
Maybe I should add to 1.25 tomorrow? I really worried about his kidney when lasting such long time stay at over 300...

Hi guys .. well, unfortunately I don't have any advice as far as dosing or feeding goes! But I do hope that dumdum comes down for you .. it's hard seeing our little ones so high .. just hang in there!

I"d say your food timing is pretty good. I always fed at shot times and +4 and at +7 (ish) .... so practically every 4 hours.

I know you can't get the same foods but I suspect that the chicken soup for the soul is around 9% carbs. That one is listed on an old food chart.
But food companies can change formulas any time they want so it may be a little higher than that.
You have to observe whether or not your cat is carb sensitive. My cat can eat 9% and doesn't get big food spikes because of it.

Oh..cause it's really hard to find other low carb canned food here in Taiwan, in fact only ZiwiPeak is the best, but it also really expensive.
I'll try to lower chicken soup, but just can do my best. There is really not so much choice here. Still thank you for reminding that. :-D
I also considered raw food before, but due to Taiwan's weather is hot and wet, and can't find clean source of chicken, I'm not ready to do it.
I'll think about it again.

I just test +3 and it's 411, much higher than I suspect. I think I'll increase to 1.25u tomorrow. Hope it will work.

I will point you out for the dose increase for confirmation.

And I pm'd someone in Hong Kong to see if she has a list of foods that you might be able to find in your area.

These days Dumdum really begged for more food than before, and with more urine and feces.
The time between he ask for food is now more frequently, and the way he did become more violently.
I'm not sure should I let him eat or not after he finished all day's calories.
If I don't, he will continue begging for more than one hour and looks so sad like he's going to starve to death..... :-|
