Hi Everyone,

We're back from camp. Stu had an active night last night. I think he was wound up from having that mouse party with all of his friends. I hope they found something to cook! In any event, last night he ate all his food, played with his mice (the stuffed kind), and heard a coyote howling, and, best of all, heard loons calling to one another (we heard all of these things, too!). I think, on balance, he had a pretty good time at camp. It always takes a few times for him to get used again to the routine there. We'll be going back Sunday evening to be in closer proximity to next week's Monday Paddle, then home again either Monday night or Tuesday morning. It's a good thing camp is not too far away. At present, Stu is waiting for his +4, so I'll post it in a few minutes and then go out to cut the grass (which looks like a jungle). Looking forward to visiting condos this afternoon.

+4 didn't come down very much, probably because of the car ride

You are amazing with the wonderful active life & Stu is so lucky he has you!! Great Outdoors is THE BEST!!
Nice yellow, but would like to see some blue here!!

I hope you are enjoying your paddling. I have never heard a loon - that's really nice that you could hear that. Your camp sounds like fun. I think Stu needs to catch a real mouse, then you'll see his numbers come back down. Hope you have a good day.

Great WCR! Stu is lucky , 2 territories to keep patrolled. Tess says thank you for the Mouse Party, they taste much better than gophers.

Stu - you are one lucky dude! You get to travel, go to the woods, hunt mice, stare at loons, and camp out! It is da-BOMB! I am with Tess - thanks for the mouse party - much better than the moles that visit me: PPFFHHTT, and nasty tasting. Man, you rock! See you at the full moon party!

Or are you parents paddling their arses all over then? Hope you can come buddy!
Raja is worried sick over the menu for the party. It's the Full Flower Moon...decorating will
be over the top as usual...so good buddy...give us a call as soon as you can, k? She said you
had something special as usual planned. She needs to know what serving dishes you want to
have at your disposal. She is so fussy...but she said you like it when she is fussy about your

Ella- What a busy woman you are, so awesome and Stu-he has quite a busy lifestyle himself, lol, I am jealous that he travels so well!!!

Hi Everyone again,
Just a continuation of the WCR for this afternoon. Stu had a great time in his backyard, digging and filling 2 litterboxes. Then a nice nap while we toiled on the lawn and planted the window boxes. Now he is watching the Mets-Yankees game with me. (He's not too interested in that!). We are looking forward to the Caturday reports tomorrow and to the Full Flower Moon party on Thursday. Oh, I forgot to mention that Stu coughed up a nice hairball early this morning. Fortunately it was on the porch floor and not on DH's clothes, which were on the cabin floor!

P.S. I guess this day is as flat as flat can get!
