this seems to be a gloomy fursday on fdmb....
wishing everyone a good day and adding prayers and healing vines....

chocolate for everyone!!

Shadow didn't eat well yesterday so last night I gave her a cypro ( but no nausea) and she was eating too much.
I was afraid of a scarf and barf....
slept in recliner for a couple of hours.... but since she woke me eating, I didn't test as I knew the food would
move her upward.

that sample was definitely yogurt, not milk.
I just added the goat milk to some friskies and she basically lapped up the milk , ignored the food.
so milk is good....
but will it get her to eat food.
I just got my mini food processor ( after dh killed my previous one) so I'll try making some sloshier pates....
see if that works.

gotta get the house cleaned up today and work for 2 hours....
 
Sending appy vines to Shadow....hopefully the milk will help. It is so hard on us beans when appys aren't happy.....
 
Tons more appy vines for Miss Shadow--glad she likes the milk, how did they screw up and send you home with goat yogurt though? :rolleyes::rolleyes: Hope she surfs safely while you're gone! :bighug:

we were talking about other brands of goat milk..
and I said I didn't know enough about the other ones.... I was going with the one Marje knew about.
and they offered a free sample in one of those little plastic take out... for one that was made locally.

santa fe always crusades hard to support the " locals"
which we do.... but this store really doesn't carry the foods that are diabetic friendly. They were just the only ones with primal goat milk
in their freezer.

she likes the milk...
but not in the food....:rolleyes:
 
Well, at least you can eat the goat yogurt yourself if she won't-- maybe you can make a smoothie with your new blender! I like the idea that a town supports local sources, over here we import too many things! :oops:
 
Not bad? I'd say it's an outstanding day. Especially with the pred added in! Now, Ms. Shadow, you need to eat yer fuds. Mama goes to a lot of trouble to prepare them for you, so you need to do them justice. Just think of all the starving kitties in the world!
