Even though the Friskee's Tuna and Egg has the same carbs as his other food, it spikes his BG's. No more of that, unless it's needed.

So sorry to see these numbers. He looked good the other day then....what the heck. I had a similar problem last Friday, Cedric had a great night then rebounded. He is being switched to Lev, so I will try to post daily again.

Sending you some hugs and patience (that I haven't had lately, nearly quit both my jobs last week...)

I tried to fatten his dose and ended up wasting insulin, which I can't do. Don't know what to do about it. It's either 1.75 or 2.0, I can't get between it. I tried practicing with an old syringe and thought I could, but the waste factor has me too stressed out. You don't have to worry about it when it's water you're working with. I'm not steady enough and I waste too much as it is, just trying to get bubbles out.

Guess I'll end up taking him back to 2.0 and try to keep him from dropping/bouncing.
